sketchyHuddersfield Thespians, the town’s longest running theatrical group, are seeking actors and musicians for their Christmas revue show -SKETCHY AT BEST – which will be performed at the Lawrence Batley Theatre, Huddersfield from Tuesday 5 to Saturday 9 December 2017.

Comprising comedy sketches by some of the best loved performers and writers ever to grace the screen, it is bound to be fun production for both the audience and the cast.

The script is in place, so now we are looking for actors who are prepared to take part, from cameos to multiple sketches, as well as a small group of musicians, who can support the handful of humorous musical numbers contained in the show.

If you are interested in joining the cast – whether currently a member of the society or not – please send an email to casting@huddersfieldthespians.co.uk before Sunday 24 September to register your interest, please indicate if you are interested in acting (and whether it is a small part or a number of scenes you are interested in, or if you are willing to offer musical accompaniment.

Once we have a list of interested actors, the production’s director will look to allocate parts.

Many thanks for your interest in Huddersfield Thespians.
